· Delivery costs: you will initially be charged the normal cost of P&P, but when the group order costs are known these will be shared out and you will only be charged your share of the total.

· Custom items: if you buy custom items, where the price depends on the quantity sold, you will be initially be charged the price for 2-11 items, but if you are the only one to order that item, you will be notified and given the chance to change your order before being charged the single item price.

· Payment: the supplier will take you credit card details but you will not be debited until the whole group order is confirmed.All orders will then be aggregated together for the best prices and delivered as one group order.
